· Participate in project development meetings to provide guidance on quality monitoring, assessing compliance with client’s requirements. · Responsible to review the results of automated tests and take appropriate action · Responsible to ensure that any areas not covered by automated tests are validated and corrective action on exceptions and problems identified, required data is input and proper procedures. · To Ensure MIP/PIP and conducting Remedial sessions/ Refreshers on new updates · To Ensure the Project SLA to meet (Timelines, Quality Service levels) · Transaction monitoring for daily deliverables · Analyzing client Complaints and find RCSA and Performs ongoing reviews and generates reports summarizing results. · Documentation - SIPOC, Workflow, SOP, TMF, Appreciation and Complaints trackers and interacts with appropriate parties for timely resolution
