I have 8+ years of experience in bookkeeping and payroll process. I have expertise in various tools like QB online/offline, Xero & Sage. Areas that I have worked with are, 1. Bank, Credit card, Paypal Account entries & Reconciliation in QB 2. Paying bills online through your online banking facility 3. Sending Invoices to customers via email and followup with the payments 4. Initial payroll set-up in accounting software. This includes employee details set up, their hourly / weekly / monthly rates, federal withholding, social security, etc. 5. Monthly payroll Direct Deposit to bank (ACH Transfer) to employees 6. Quarterly payment of 401k, federal 941, other local state tax withholdings and filing online 7. Inter account transfers through online banking 8. Year End financial reports preparation. 9.
