ABOUT ME

I am extensively experienced in Exec PA/Project Manager/PMO/Project Co-Ordinator/Project Planning and General Office Business processes. Apart from extensive PA/Business Training, my training includes BCom business processes, MCSE Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Project Management Training, Prince2, ITIL, Visio and SharePoint. I am currently studying Web Design, SAGE/Pastel Accounting update training and other business courses. My typing speed is 120 wmp and I also enjoy audio transcription. I am diversely Project Management trained using MS Project skills for planning, Excel, Visio, Prince2, MCSE, ITIL and many other project tools. I keep myself up to date with on a regular basis with skills training. Having mastered Global Exec PA Office environments, I moved into General Business & Project Management Office environments where I worked since 1999 and I am involved with Project Planning, running remote Team Meetings virtually and remotely across different countries and continents. I use Diary Management & MS Project/SharePoint sites. I am also used to running Business Office environments and working as an Executive Assistant. I have used Microsoft Office Suite in all my working environments including Outlook with Calendars, Powerpoint, Excel and MS Project.
