I have been working my career as a Technical Support/Customer Service Representative for almost 6 years. My main duty and work responsibility were to provide customer satisfaction and assistance over the phone with required KPI’s to improve quality assurance. I was mainly responsible for resolving any customer issues, managing and maintaining relevant databases, assisting billing inquiries and troubleshooting. On top of that, these are the things that I do: • Billing, product support and customer purchases. • Promoting products and services. • Assisting agents during difficult calls. • Called customers to provide information concerning solution updates and support services. • Collaborate with colleagues on tasks and communicate with supervisors • Configuration and support of desktop, laptop and peripheral equipment including mobile devices as required. • Connect new devices to the network. • Handling and resolving complaints. • Maintaining and updating customer data. • Maintaining a positive relationship with clients to provide a high level of satisfaction. • Provided technical support through assisting with both technical and account issues for customers. • Resolving the issues over the telephone and by email. • Responsible for quickly and effectively diagnosing and resolving incoming customer technical support issues. • Set up and assisted with hardware support issues. • Set up and troubleshoot network connections on devices. • Troubleshoot to resolve network problems and technology issues through remote access support. This experience has helped me to develop multiple important abilities required to successfully execute the job. Not only I learned how to remain calm in stressful situations but I also significantly improved my time management skills and acquired the ability to lead and coordinate a group of individuals (teamwork). I am a Filipino with a proficiency in English. Last but not the least, I possess the experience of serving as a Club’s 4th Year Representative when I was in Highschool & 2 years of being the Club’s Asst. Secretary for BS Nursing and Midwifery when I was in College. This activity provided me with a great chance to further develop my teamwork skills and helped me to become a professional I am today. I meet quotas and deadlines and I don't make promises that I don't keep. I am a team player, but I can steer the ship alone if need be.
