ABOUT ME

I am very interested with this job post because I am a perfect fit. I have worked for the BPO industry for 7 years. In my first BPO, I was a customer care representative for a big telecommunications company in the U.S. We handled billing, account and technical concerns. After 4 months of taking in phone calls, I got promoted as a Performance Analyst. My job was to listen to my team members' calls and analyze the behaviors that they need to reinforce and redirect and provide feedback to make sure that they reach their goals and metrics.
I also have an experience with appointment setting for 7 months. Our job was to call big companies and invite them to attend conferences and other events of our clients to help promote their products.
After that, I got hired by a startup company located in the U.S. I was a lead specialist for 3 months. My job was to look for companies that are looking into hiring people who work from home. Then I got promoted as the Leads Manager of the company. I am in charge of making sure that our lead specialists and appointment setters are entering and calling the leads that we were able to vet and create the email templates that they send out. I was also the quality analyst for their calls. I provide them feedback and follow ups.
Since this was a startup company, there was a time where we lack manpower that's why we have tasks that were outside of our job description. I also helped with recruitment, tools testing and other secretarial jobs for our CEO. I learned a lot with this company because it motivated me to get out of my comfort zone and learn new things that I have never imagine doing before.
Now, I work for a BPO company again and our client is one of the biggest electronics company in the U.S. I am a customer service and technical support representative. I was awarded as the top performer 2 months after taking in phone calls. That same year, I was also awarded as the top representative of the year.
With the skills that I have acquired from my experiences, I can say that I am a perfect fit for this job. I am flexible and not hesitant to learn new things. I welcome constructive criticism with open arms and make sure improve what needs to be improved and perfect what needs to be perfected to help with the company's success.
