ABOUT ME

Have been working in the Middle East for more than 17 years predominantly in Construction. Worked for renowned international engineering consultancy companies delivering huge projects, benefiting residents as well as the countries where I have worked. Worked as Tender Bid Coordinator. Assisting the Bid managers for all the documents to be submitted and preparing the proposal by using Adobe InDesign software or MS word. Preparing Tender Documents, Tender Analysis Reports and Contract Documents. The Administrator / Document Controller plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth, efficient and successful operation of the team. The Administrator is also expected to get involved in the overall administration of the office and make sure that document record is up to date.
