ABOUT ME
I'm working in BPO company in Philippines before as customer services representative. I work 5 months only because I need to go here in Malaysia to support more my family. Work as customer service representative, I talked different kinds of people and I'm happy because even its hard, I handle it. I learn to calm always even the customer very angry already because I want to help them out their problems. In 5 months, I enjoyed my work.
