I worked as a Customer Service Representative/Community Manager in a Digital Marketing company. My tasks are to answer inquiries about the different products and services offered by clients through social media, proofread content, check the content images' quality, submit reports and schedule posts for clients everyday (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter). I also worked as a data encoder in a medical insurance company, a client from Upwork, wherein I handle confidential records and as a data entry clerk with my client in a food app. Also, I had another client as a product uploader and product description writer in Merch by Amazon.
