ABOUT ME
I am an experienced worker who have been into different fields of work. After I graduated and acquired my bachelor's degree in Psychology, I got hired and absorbed by my previous OJT trainor as her reliever in the Guidance Office. I did basic counseling, interview, test analysis, and the likes. Then, I applied as an HR Assistant in Ace Hardware, a totally different setting from my previous work which is academic setting. From that time, I worked as a General HR who worked all the functions of the HR Department. I did recruitment and selection, deployment and training, timekeeping, payroll, compensation and benefits. But then, I resigned because of the low salary which do not compensate me well. So I looked for a new job near my area. I get back in the academe setting and worked as a Guidance Facilitator for almost 3 years.
