I’m Darwin Calaguing. I started as a customer service representative handling email, chat, phone, cable and internet support for billing, sales, technical and financial account in 2016 in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) and used to be a floor support. I have a Supervisor background. I am a hardworking person, a team player. I can work with minimal supervision, has great attention to detail. I am looking for a long-term relationship. I also have experience in amazon and eBay & willing to go on great heights to achieve excellence. I have reply manager, live agent, Quality Control/Assurance and organizing data (spreadsheets, databases) experience. I used to be a customer service representative in a real estate and travel agency. My goal is to have a long-term job & have my own house and dream car. I aspire to learn more and grow in your company. I like outdoor activities, swimming, hiking, play badminton, indoor watching movies. I am eager to join the company and looking forward to that day to help more customers.
