I am a Licensed Psychometrician with 12 years of work experience in the BPO industry. I have worked in different call centers from 2007 - 2013. I worked Homebased as a Virtual Assistant for an insurance broker/agent based in San Francisco, California from 2013 up to present. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology in April 2019, passed the licensure exam for Psychometricians in October 2019. All while I am currently taking a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology.
