ABOUT ME

I had worked with amazon for exact 3 years. Both for Operation and Quality teams. I was a Team Lead after 5 months taking calls as an agent. Where in as a Team Lead my priority is to take escalation calls and for that I have to research, annalyze and to solve each customer concerns in a timely manner. At the same time as a team lead I also assist agents in solving their customers concern , and to escalate systemic issues to prevent a bigger problem. After taking escalation calls for two months I was endorse as a Quality Coach as to which I have to focus on the quality of the service provided by amazon. Being a Quality Coach it develops my skills in time management and leadership.

I am also flexible and could do multi tasking, working with amazon it also teaches me to worked in a pressure environment.
