I am a new freelancer but I've been working in the BPO and IT Industry for 6 years. I worked as a Telesales Representative, Inbound and Outbound Collections Representative, Customer Service Representative, Virtual Assistant, and now a Marketplace Monitoring Specialist. I am trained to provide excellent service by mastering our company products, think like a customer and provide a seamless after-sales talk to customers. I also created training materials for trainees in our company which gave me an experience to write contents that are easy to understand and impacting to readers.
