ABOUT ME

I'm a Visual Artist by profession. I finished my 4 year Bachelors degree years ago and chose to live in practicality. I'm on my 6th year working for various known corporate companies doing important tasks, may it be addressing client or consumer needs and all sorts of back office work. Having to work for a span of time helped me earn professional skills and knowledge on how certain businesses work. I have been with companies such as: SONY, UNITED HEALTH CARE a.k.a OPTUM, HSBC and currently, Manulife Insurance. Being a fast learner that I am, I have skillfully learned my way around various tools, Product, Policies and even mastered Microsoft Office. In these companies, I have handled clients, members and consumers by making and receiving calls, managing their accounts, making important changes, sending in and out emails and even scheduling different kinds of appointment. I have an acceptable skill for time & stress management. I always make sure that in everything I do, I do my best. I am forward & professional at the same time. I'm the kind of person who's open-minded, someone who listens, consider opinions and doesn't take correction a negative thing but a way to improve.
