ABOUT ME

I was a Customer Care Specialist before becoming a Helpdesk Support, for more than six years, both in US and AU based jobs. An Assistant Project Manager for almost four years in AU based telco company, ensuring the quality service are obtained thru the files received inline with the ISO standard before processing the invoices for the contractors, together with communicating with Project Managers and contractors via phone and email.

Team Leader and a procurement officer for Singapore Mobile/Telco under the same company (AU Telco company - different project) working in raising of Purchase Orders using MS Dynamics via remote access, processing of invoices, walktest post-process using Nemo via remore access, too at present.
