I have been working in the Customer Service industry for the past ten years and through those years I have gained a lot of knowledge and skills. I eat and breathe customer service values such as patience, empathy, attentiveness, respect, and creativity among others which I believe are essential to be able to deliver high caliber service to the consumers.
I am a team player and a natural leader. I am able to motivate, support and inspire an experienced staff and have the ability to thrive in any environment. I enjoy participating in satisfying but sometimes difficult customers on a daily basis. I can build an environment where initiative-taking, problem solving and proactive behavior are emphasized and encouraged.
