The past few years of my academic, social and working environments have been great learning experiences which have molded me into the person I have become. I am able to work efficiently as well as effectively structure and manage time to meet all my goals and allocated tasks. I am able to work unsupervised, independently or as a team. I display qualities of initiative and dependability. I am self-motivated and work well under pressure. With over ten years of experience with in the restaurant industry specializing but not limited to food costing, training, menu design, guest relation, budget forecasting, staffing and event coordinating. I feel I could make myself a valuable asset to your fine establishment.
