ABOUT ME

For the longest time I've been in a BPO industry I've enhanced and developed skills needed to perform my duties. I should say I am fluent in English that sometimes my customers tend to think I'm a native. I've acquired Resiliency to take on tough situations. Being a critical thinker is also one of my skills very much necessary in a Customer service job. Not only that. I am empathetic and a good listener.

From my last job at Synchrony, I was also selected as one of the Collections Experts whose job was to assist and guide new collectors. Basically we were mentors. When I was at EGS/Alorica I also handled teams from time to time whenever our team lead or other team lead is out. I've also been part of the mentors for training. Way back when I was working at Qualfon, I was first an agent and took calls for 3 months and then got promoted as a Quality Analyst. After 2 to 3 months I was then promoted as a Supervisor or known as Team Lead on other BPO's.

Back when I was still in High School, I was always on the honors list until 4th year. Tough on my 4th year, even though I was on the top 10, I was awarded as Best in Mathematics in our school. When I was in college I took BS Accountancy and had been on the Dean's List since 1st year. I've attended multiple Mathematics Contests like Statistics and represented our School. Unfortunately, I stopped school due to Financial Hardship. That's when I started to work and got my first job as a kitchen crew at Chowking, Dumaguete branch. I also got promoted as a Cook after my 6 months probationary and got trained here in Manila for 1 month to get my Gold certification to be a cook. Luckily I passed the Gold Certification.
