I have been a customer support representative for almost 5 years in both email and chat positions in technical support and customer service. I have handled clients like Fortnite, Microsoft, Walking Dead, and Lyft. I have also been promoted as a Tier 2 support or Subject Matter Expert that is supporting my colleagues within the daily tasks. I've been into different departments of customer service such as billing, account recovery, and technical support.
I do have knowledge with tools like Zendesk, Helpshift, Slack, Gmail, and Google Drive. I have been doing 350 emails per day from my previous clients and I literally enjoy this job as I am really helping others in providing resolution with their concerns.
