ABOUT ME

I am Certified Project Manager (PMP), ITIL, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, skilled in set-up and leading of complex projects/programs, from pre-sale to project closure phase, and with over 13 years of working experience in Telecom, ICT and railway industries, holding more than 8 years of leadership positions.
My engineering qualification, technical competence and work experience in multiple international companies, in combination with a constructive communication skill and teamwork attitude make me adaptable to new assignments and to able to build a reliable relationship with customer senior management level.
I have had a great opportunity to participated in massive and complicated projects in different countries, working in and managing international vendors (Alcatel, Thales, Huawei, Ericsson, Samsung, Nokia) and with reputable consulting companies (such as, Sofrecom, ZAMRO) and major operators in ME region such as MTN, Ooredoo, Omantel, MCI.
Some of my projects, I have led, are as TK projects (MTN-Irancell phase 5, MTN WiMax project, Mobinnet Samsung project, and Ooredoo Oman TK project), Swap projects (MCI Qazvin Project, MTN core swap, and Mobinnet HW-SMG project), and Managed Services projects (MS Contract signoff and fulfillment between Operator-Vendor-Integrator (MCI-Ericson-NAK), MCI Tehran Managed Service transition, Ooredoo Oman SVMS Process Improvement project.
I have designed and executed a number of processes and performance improvement plans throughout project/program or organization, applying best in class methodologies and standards (i.e. eTom, ITIL, 6 Sigma, DMAIC, Agile Project Management, Fishbone root-cause analysis, etc.), scientific and mathematical analysis, strategic management approaches, using innovative & cutting age IT solutions and HR knowledge and competency improvement, which they aimed highly satisfactory results, recognized by customer, management team and third party.
