ABOUT ME

I have experience of 3.4 years in Microsoft datacenter under MCIO (Microsoft cloud infrastructure and operation) project. I was working as a support engineer on Microsoft servers both discrete and virtual machines to provide support like monthly security patches installed and validate the vulnerability. monitor all server's health status and network interface across all data centers, new VM creation, and necessary application installed as per client request within the SLA, work on disk space, low/high memory utilization, CPU usage issue also networking troubleshooting and VLAN, STP configuration.
