ABOUT ME

I am a Product/Project Management and Strategy professional with over 11 years of experience in E-commerce domain, specializing in fields of Project Management, Product management and partner management.

I am currently working with a leading travel ecommerce company in India. My key Job responsibility here is managing projects and partnerships for key strategic partners. My work includes Project management across internal and external stakeholders to ensure integration Go Live, seamless work flow and processes and implementation of ideas that add growth to the current revenue.

My Previous Stints included product management roles in top organizations. Key tasks there included:

1. Defining requirements through PRDs, wireframes and working with technology team to implement technology projects and up gradations related to product.

2. Defining complete product UI look and flow to ensure customer friendly booking process till checkout

3. Defining Product roadmap in line with Agile Approach or Waterfall Model

These Multifaceted roles have given me a detailed exposure of an e-commerce/IT firm functioning. I have developed strong knowledge base in all aspects of Product and Project strategy. I thrive on real time challenges that such a role offers as there is continual scope of learning and unlearning.
