ABOUT ME
I have 20 years’ experience in managing backoffice environments, services contracts and technical teams across Africa. I have a solid technical background having been a systems administrator and IT analyst. I have successfully won services and hardware business deals for an IBM business partner and have managed the consulting/services practice for an international mining software company. I have architected major server and storage environments for Government and private enterprise customers in Botswana, Uganda, Malawi, and Mauritius. I have also managed the implementation and consequent SLA based service contracts.
