ABOUT ME

I have had the instinctual desire for, and broad range of, creative and factual writing experiences; the former from tender age; both that have developed and dovetailed to this day… I have consequent to my education history, been involved in a short variety of fields that include Information technology (BSc.), Digital media & visual effects (BA honours), and Systems Engineering (BE) in academic fields, British Television (Fiction) and Cinema Screenwriting in my recent (primary) careers (MATV/BBC-among other channels- intern), and Mass media (senior) copywriting and communications in the commercial industry.
I had gained valuable experience in project management and meeting deadlines while I had worked in a variety of time-sensitive industries such as when I was senior producer (content) & visual effects supervisor and led a team of animation and visual effects artists to deliver a pioneering e-learning venture, in India (2009). Following that portfolio, I had also delivered timely and valuable material in the IT industry, following my tenure in BTL advertising, and events management industries - during my tenures as a senior creative producer (copy) & visual effects supervisor (Sri Lanka).
I aim to converge my multifarious technology, writing and “media”(-supervisorial) -academic and industry experiences focused on my top of the notch industrial administrative skills, both of which were an imperative part of the growth to the professional I am today, to deliver a beyond optimally performed tenure in this role. I am a British Screenwriter & Playwright by profession and pursuit, currently.
