ABOUT ME

With 15 years of experience and sound exposure as Software Engineer and Project Management Professional, I am seeking a management position in your esteemed organization and have enclosed my updated resume for your reference.

I have sound working exposure in both Service and Product Company. I also have domain exposure in Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Medical Transcription, Billing and CRM sector.

My competency in project and delivery management is complemented by my expertise in client interaction, architecting solutions, product maintenance & enhancement and resource management.

I am adept in steering all aspects of project management activities right from inception till implementation and ensuring project deliverable within the set time, quality and budgetary parameters. In addition, I have knowledge in the entire software development life cycle entailing application design, development, coding & deployment and delivering post implementation support etc.

I was working as Senior Manager - IT for Pena4 Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd, Visakhapatnam managing a team of Developers,Testers, support executives, business analysts, system engineers and project managers across various India offices for the maintenance, enhancement, support and implementation of Healthcare applications. I managed the team remotely for 1.5 years.
