ABOUT ME
I'm a professional with an overall experience of 10 years in the IT industry of which 6 years is with Microsoft Exchange Online. I Previously worked with Microsoft Office 365 global support as a technical lead during which I've handled multiple migrations to Office 365 using all of the different methods available. I've also single handedly completed Office 365 projects from scratch which includes
- Office 365 tenant creation.
- Adding Domains and configuring the DNS.
- User account creation in Office 365, Licensing and Mailbox Provisioning.
- EOP configuration as required.
- Any additional configurations in the Exchange Admin Center (EAC)
- Configuring accounts in outlook and Mobile devices.
- OneDrive configuration and setup
