For the years of experience I have with the Industry I am in (BPO), I get to adapt to different types of personalities and people internationally may it be through chat, email, or over the phone. I've learned and realized that keeping a customer happy and have their issue resolved is not enough to keep customers, they must also need to feel the sincerity of us wanting to help and getting something done for them. Something that we ourselves would want if we were in there shoe.
