● Enrolling and Disenrollment of Members based on CMS Guidelines.
● Research and Analyze the member Requests for disenrollment from the United Health Group Plans.
● Determine all the Eligibility Criteria that are required for disenrollment from plans.
● Work in line with the US Government policies and Procedures.
● Strictly using the Process Instructions / References and tools to work on Enrollment / Disenrollment Request from Members.
● Audit and Control: Provide Quality Assurance review for identified functions as designated for the timeframe of the assignment, in order to provide timely and appropriate feedback based on the work complete.
