ABOUT ME

I used to be working as a customer service representative at Convergys and now Concentrix Phil. for four years. Our job was to deliver healthcare information to nurses and doctors based in New York. I worked for an insurance company in which we give benefit and claims information for two years and was promoted as an Agent Auditor (AA) in which we audited calls if it's a hundred percent or a zero accuracy call. From these experiences, I was able to discover a lot of things in me. I learned to multi task without even knowing that my workload was already done and I learned to be professional enough to handle calls from an irate nurses and staff.
