I am a certified Operations Trainer who officially joined the training team 2 years ago. As a trainer, we are responsible in developing customer and technical support skills to new hire agents. Training also includes product specifics to fully equipped the newbies. When there are no schedules classes, we are supporting the Operations Team with uptrainings, upskilling and updating training materials. We also help in identifying agent behaviors that contributes to either the team's promoter or detractor scores. We gather data, analyze and convert it into training materials to be delivered to the operations to aid them with their performance.
