The first thing that comes in a construction project is planning. The building plan acts as a source of communication between the client, engineer, site engineers, and others. A 2D plan can serve the purpose but, some times it is hard for a client to understand it. And this is where a need for better visualization arises. So, in order for better visualization, we use 3d modeling. There are many software's for 3d modeling but, for the purpose of visualization Sketchup stands out as the best.
