I am a professionally trained Financial Accountant and book keeper, I have a span of interests and experience in the Job activities listed below; • Posting of journal entries into QuickBooks accounting system. • Collecting, verifying, sorting, client invoices on daily basis as per corporate requirements. • Preparing of monthly and daily reconciliation report on the cash and cheque and other related control accounts. • Processing of the claims through invoice tracking and dispatching them; • Downloading statements of accounts for corporate and ensuring they are sent on time; • Preparation and processing of the Company Payroll. • Liaising with the Human Resource Department in dealing with daily bus fares for interns. • Integrity checking of the client’s credit past and in-depth analysis and investigation hence compiling of the customer report. • Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. • Carrying out reconciliation of data transferred from the initial source documents. • Reconcile debtors and creditors accounts. • Participate in preparation of service audits to enable the department to achieve its quality objective. • Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines. • Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites. • Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations. • Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer. • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors. • Obtain all necessary permits and licenses. • Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods. • Select, contract, and oversee workers who complete specific pieces of the project, such as painting or plumbing. • Requisition supplies and materials to complete construction projects. • Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports. • Develop and implement quality control programs. • Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site. • Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures. • Evaluate construction methods and determine cost-effectiveness of plans, using computers.
