I am working as a customer service/telesales officer for an FMCG company called Twiga foods in their call centre hosted by Calltronix Ltd I have worked as a customer service quality analyst in Betin Kenya and I was tasked with overseeing a team of customer service representatives who interacted with customers through social media,chats,emails and calls. I have worked as a Telesales/customer service agent in Horizon contact centre, the largest BPO and call centre in the country. While working as a customer service representative I interacted with thousands of customers helping solve challenges they were facing and providing exceptional customer experience. I have extensive experience in sales and customer service this being my fifth year working professionally.
