ABOUT ME

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management and decided to go on corporate world for much high compensation.
I have 7 years of experience in Business Administration Services for
the biggest Insurance Company in Australia. My expertise is most of
handling the documents that needs to be process to their own system such as the ff:
-Lodging claims
-Enter medical certificates
-Invoicing
-Reimbursements
-calculating weekly payments (way different role to data entry)

So that the claims manager can focus on handling the assigned claims to them.

I also got promoted as Quality Assurance Officer and my roles are:
- Random audits for all the task of agents
- Real time audits (side by side)
- Weekly and monthly report to the management team to identify highlights and low lights
-Recommendations to process accurately
After 3 years in QA, I promoted as Assistant Team leader:
-I assist 3 Teams total of 50 agents (questions and decision making)
-Weekly report to be sent to the Team leaders (weekly monitoring)
-Any task given by Operations Manager

I started Part time/Freelancer this year(2019) and I
am expert on the ff:
-Ebay lister/Product research
-Lead Generation Specialist
-Web research
-Data entry
