Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. Highly focused, able to review and capture business requirements offer advice and expertise to stakeholders at all levels. Practical and demonstrable experience in providing high quality business support including the ability to work under pressure to competing priorities and demands. Design & Implement various database applications including the installation & configuring the necessary components to ensure that the database is accessible. Create automated maintenance tasks to ensure the integrity of data is maintained and performance optimized. Diagnose and resolved operating system, hardware and software program problems to root causes. Use of the appropriate escalation routes if committed equipment delivery, installation and/or implementation dates will be met.
