I am Garneth G. Katada. Welcome to my profile!


I am a graduate of Silliman University, Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I am very much interested to work in your office. I am highly motivated to start at any position available as of the moment.


During my internship, I had an opportunity to experience clerical work under the Guidance Office in Silliman University Elementary School and in the Hall Of Justice. I was exposed to many tasks during my internship where I was able to gain new experiences and acquire the knowledge I have gained in the classroom. Having those experiences, I have gained communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.

During 2017, I worked as a CSR Inbound in SPI CRM (now Inspiro) . I am assigned to check the informations given by our costumers and partners. I also check if the items delivered were correct. I basically check the status of our items. It was my job to monitor the company's product. It was a seasonal account that lasted for 1 month and a half. It call it MDAY RAMP (Mother's day Ramp) intended only for May.
My first job as a gradute was a Copyeditor in SPI Global. I am assigned to edit chapters from books and articles. Assigned to double check if it passes the standards of copyediting. The tools that we use is Microsoft word, Google Spreadsheet, and Google Search. I worked there for 6 months.

My second job was an ESL Teacher. I basically teach native speakers the English language. I worked in 51 talk, an online job. I teach English to Chinese students. I help them with their assignments. Teaching English in a fun way to students who needs help communicating using the English language. We have an application called Air Class. Basically, that's where the classes are held and the lessons are shown. We also have 51talk or the "My Page", where we post our lesson plans and where the students can book us through slots opened. I was an English tutor for 7 months.

My previous job was an LGA (Lead Generation Specialist) in SOPHI Inc. We are given different projects to work on by our clients. Potential clients or what we call leads are listed for us to scrape the informations provided by their company. We follow up on leads and conducting research to identify potential prospects, manages data for new and prospective clients, ensures all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached. The tools used were, Google Spreadsheet, Google Search, Tripadvisor, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Hunter, and Linkedin.

Now, I am a Candidate Engagement Specialist/Sourcing/Recruiter. I am assigned to collect data from pipelines like social media accounts and third parties in order to collect and gather data for potential candidates my company needs. I am also assigned regarding the referals from our employees. I do call outs to potential candidates whom are interested in working under our company.


I am a driven individual who’s willing to work and learn new and knowledgeable things. With that, I wish to bring my knowledge, competence, and commitment and return be able to learn and acquire new skills under your office.
