I am a seasoned corporate and financial attorney with over 15 years’ experience in both private practice and as inhouse counsel (Fortune 500) primarily focused on transactional, financial and general corporate and business matters in US and international scenarios including acquisitions, technology transfers and licensing, joint ventures and strategic alliances, secured lending and private funding/investments. I have acted as lead counsel in such matters and as a “corporate generalist” covering technology, licensing, distribution and sales, business formations, start-ups, shareholder agreements, and a wide array of day-to-day legal matters. I am fluent in Spanish and experienced in operating in international and civil code based jurisdictions.
