ABOUT ME
I've been in n IT Business Analyst and Technical Support Engr. for 6 years now. Basically what I'm doing is, I work closely with our stakeholders and CEO to gather requirements and to know their needs. I'm creating usecase diagram, functional and non functional, usecase scenario, flowchart, wireframe and mockups. I'm working with our developers, QA and UI/UX to make sure that everything is fully functional and we meet the original requirements.
