ABOUT ME

I am a Software QA Engineer who design, develop & maintain test case, test framework & testscripts written in Java but not limited to C/C# programming languages. I've been exposed to phases of SDLC, models, process & methodologies, I'm also a team player who works well in an agile team & has expertise on performance testing using Loadrunner & Jmeter tool for creating scripts to perform E2E load/stress/distribution/combo/benchmark test, use Azure Devops for integrating pipelines for CI/CD, analysis, creating reports & graphs.

Has expertise in functional testing & uses TFS/Jira as bug/issues tracking tool, use HP ALM as test management tool, do regression testing, guide & provide walkthrough to end-users/client during UAT, create user's manual, provide video/screenshot evidences for bugs filed & work with requirements traceability matrix to create manual test case, scenarios, procedures, dependencies & test conditions.

I've also been involved in automation testing using Katalon Studio and Selenium, API validation using Postman tool, MS SQL Server to create & update test data/parameters, counter checking data from system to database & vise versa. Proficient in using Remote Desktop Connection(RDC) to manage Web/DB Server(with UI/Non-UI).
