To give you a brief summary, I've been working as a Universal customer/virtual assistance via chat for nearly 3 years for a gaming console account. With my passion to deliver, I've dedicated myself in achieving the goals needed to be productive and provide customer satisfaction. Just what old saying goes, "All hard work will pay off", thus resulting to a promotion as a quality analyst during my time with my previous company. Doing so I was able to extend my helping hand and knowledge to others on how they can be successful in their field as a customer representative.

I pride myself in being able to multi-task and have a excellent typing speed which can be beneficial for data entry and as a transcriptionist. I had experience with using Microsoft excel which can be effective when presenting analysis.
