ABOUT ME

I am a senior Technical Support Agent for one or the leading Call Center's in Jamaica, I have trained and supervised many agents for the past 6 years. I am driven to ensure all my customers are overly satisfied with every interaction and that the quality of my work is held to company standards with always room for improvement as customer service is a evolving field. Prior to this I was a I.T. Helpdesk Officer and before this a Registry Clerk both at a prominent Seminary (Jamaica Theological Seminary).

I love new discoveries and the search for knowledge, as well as history and technology, how things are made and the process it takes.
I am still developing new interests daily.
