ABOUT ME
Prior to working in the BPO industry, I worked as a teacher for a private school. I was on my first year of teaching when I passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers. I worked on the same school for 3 years. I applied as a customer service representative on one of the BPO companies in our city after. I was with customer service before I was endorsed to a different account as a Technical Support Representative for a Telco company in the US. I learned a lot with these careers and people I came across with. I am more flexible and highly motivated now.
