 Responsible for managing key accounts to satisfy customer requirements and Working with different teams to maintain high-quality interface between product info & customer in online product catalog – including item descriptions, Pricing, images, related videos, and coordinating with Quality Assurance team and design all training materials and analyze effectiveness of all new features on products.

Category & Marketplace - Key Account Management:
 Track and monitor performance and sales of key partners to manage their performance.
 Manage third party marketplace accounts and maintained 100% growth rate.
 Place appropriate orders to ensure product availability that meets consumer demands.
 Correspond with suppliers and fulfillment team regarding Orders, inventory levels to deliver seamless customer experience and reduce out-of-stocks.
 Increase key product conversion rate through analyzing online key performance metrics, optimization of content and improving cross merchandizing opportunities.
 Worked with category managers, marketing managers, and buying department to develop and execute promotional programs and campaigns to drive sales.
 Answered customer's questions about product prices, availability, uses and credit terms.
 Tracking Accounts Performance Daily, Weekly and Monthly. And present report every months to monitor the results.
 Monitoring the Accounts performance KPIs Cancellation Rate, late shipment, Returns seller fault, and buyer’s negative feedback.
 Setting an action plan and take the needed action with low performance seller accounts every month.
 Review the current stock to make sure that all items are available to avoid cancellation.
 Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company's sales target.
 Preparing MIS reports for management and Extracting fast selling products from that data to get good sales.
 Increase product range by listing new items on seller accounts.
 Manage and solve conflicts with accounts "Financial, Returned, damage and lost items.
 Interact and coordinate with the operations team to follow up on daily work.
 Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
 Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
 Forecast and track key account metrics and Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
 Responsible for product listing, pricings for marketplaces like Amazon,Flipkart,Glowroad,Limeroad,Meesho.
 Timely up to date on new products, stock and price.

Catalogue Management:

 Have good Experience in working with almost all leading marketplaces managing catalog creation and Execution.
 Responsible for MP Listing & Regular Updates. Strategic inventory management across marketplaces.
 Responsible for price and quality catalog maintenance and accurate Stock and Price updates in store wide and in marketplaces. Reducing Out of stock situations through giving accurate stocks.
 Experience in vendor catalog management.
 Handling catalog changes for Event, Festival & Season based promotions.
 Have good experience in Magento Digital E-commerce platform.
 Experience in using Unicommerce for Stock updates and Order Processing.
 Have Strong knowledge on Magento Digital Commerce.
