Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, monthly payroll, EOY, BAS, etc ( Xero, MYOB, Reckon, etc ).
Development and execution of internal control system, and time to time update company’s
accounting and financial procedures.
Set-up and maintain inventory system, Costing and Revenue Recognition Budgeting, Financial Forecasts and Report Variances.
I have more than 3 years experience in Xero accounting software. I can manage accounts in Australia, Singapore, UK, New Zealand and Hong Kong.
Prepare and publish weekly and monthly Financial Statements (Cash flow, P&L, Customise Sales Reports, Aging Reports, etc)
Maintain quality control over Financial Transactions and Financial Reporting. Financial Budgeting & Forecasts, and report Variances to Operation Manager.
Entering and/or verifying the entry of customer and supplier invoices into accounting software.
Reconciliation and/or verification of the of all bank, loan and credit card accounts.
