    This is a Jumbo bag filling machine which is designed for a customer and this is full of sheet metal works and structural works.This is 1 ton capacity jumbo bag filling.This consists of upper hopper, weighing hopper, discharge hopper and hopper actuating cylinders.Machine is designed in solid works and render in Keyshot for the final manufacturing.Sheet metal development drawings and wastage calculation are prepared for manufacturing.Material contact area is SS 316 other than that all are MS materials.
    This is a Dynamic weighing machine chain drive machine.Designed for food packaging industries so product contact are SS 304 and others are MS painted.3000 rpm Bonfigoli motors for drives with single load cell.This consists of MS rail to guide the product for small and large sizes.Designed in Solid works and render in keyshot for better looks.
    This is a flow simulation for castings analysis of casting design and runner & gating for the castings.HPDC, LPDC die casting, Sand mould casting flow simulation by using Altair Inspire software.Simulation analysis done and solving the problems faced during moulding and better flow for casting and avoiding problems like shrinkage, blow holes etc.,
    This is a manifold which designed for a exhaust system.This a casting model prepared the pattern and core for sand moulding.This is manufactured with cast iron material.Designed in solid works and render in keyshot for its true look as cast.
