I have a nine years experienced for both Customer Service and Technical Support via voice , chat and email. My most recent job was a Technical Support and Customer Service Representative for a VPN account. I also have 2 years experienced as a Technical Chat Support for a gaming console account, one year for an ISP account and 3 years for an Antivirus account. I also worked as a Financial Customer Support Representative for a U.S Bank.
Prior to Customer Service and technical Support, I worked as a Financial Analyst for 3 3 years on one of the well known bank here in the Philippines. I also have a knowledge in copy reading and headlining, feature writing, transcribing and editing.
