ABOUT ME

I have more than two years experience in software technical and customer support where I am able to trouble shoot an issue and effectively solve it for the customer through guiding them step by step via emails, chat and video.

Also I have 7 years experience in testing medical devices(Insulin pumps) including testing the platforms that manage the patients blood glucose data for use by both self(patients) and doctors. I can extensively test a website/web app and give a detailed report of what is working right, what needs improvement and what need to be fixed. Also i can unit test the code used to run the specific devices and do code reviews.
I have a BSc in applied Information technology(RMIT University).
