ABOUT ME

I am an experienced Technical Support Representative and have been working in the call center industry for 12 years. Currently, I am working with TPG Telecom Australia as a Case Manager for the National Broadband Network Provisioning department. What we do is managing cases related to the provisioning or delivery of the service. We also handle the technical stuff; take complaints, escalated calls and supervisory calls.
