ABOUT ME
I am part of the in house reservations team here in the Philippines catering to Australian guests.
I answer phone calls to book and amend hotel reservations. Recommend the best hotel and room that suits their needs. Aside from handling Frequent Individual Travelers (FIT), I do also handle travel agency and corporate accounts. This made our sales increase.
I do live chat as well using Facebook. It is informal form of chat conversation where we only used one account. We can also generate revenue through this platform as we can express ourselves more to the guest.
Also, I do respond to the emails sent by travel agent, corporate representatives and individual guests.
These 3 means of communication are my tools to increase our sales revenue, keeping our customers to come back and stay with us and earning their trust as well.
