ABOUT ME

I am currently employed as an Order Manager in Alorica/West Contact Solutions. I believe that the skills and experiences I gained from my current position and my previous jobs, Chat Support Representative, Customer Service (outbound), and Manual Provisioner can help me a lot to start as a freelancer.

As an Order Manager, I have developed strong Microsoft, researching, and order processing skills. I have also gained skills in liaising with business clients and diverse teams to gather information and legal documents like Transfer of Service Agreement, Shared Access Agreement, and Disconnect Confirmation. This job also involves escalating hot issues and expediting orders.

This role makes me more flexible and adaptable and improves my interpersonal skills. I always receive commendations for a job well done. I was also awarded for several times as the best Real Time Provisioning Agent, Customer Service Support, and Order Manager in Transcom, Startek, and West Contact Services/Alorica.
